The approach of Ottoman sultans to music in the formation and development of Turkish Music is one of the important factors. Because Turkish music, especially in the palace and around with the support of the mature, education-learning area found, the works were produced and thus found the opportunity to develop. In fact, the source of Turkish music dates back to the period before the Turks accepted Islam. Music has been an important and influential element of religious and state ceremonies in the Turks of Central Asia, Gokturks, Uygurs, Hun Turks and Selçuks. In time, Turkish music has progressed in four main branches as military, religious, classical and folkloric. In our history, especially in the Ottoman period covering more than 600 years (1299-19222), it is understood that Turkish Music has found its identity and has reached its present day. In this development, the role of the sultans who ruled the world, ruling a world empire, their personalities, their support, the importance they gave to music and their compositions were very important. In this study, the effects of II.Beyazıt on our music and its reflections on the present were examined and evaluated in terms of their services. Among the sultans, according to the information obtained from the Ottoman Empire, the first composer in the field of Turkish Music, according to the information we have established in Edirne, the center of the complex (darüşşifa) for music treatment with the center of the hospital in terms of being the first ruler is important in terms of starting. The aim of this study is to raise awareness about the importance of the first composer Sultan II.Beyazıt. In this study, some notes of II.Beyazıt’s compositions were listed and made their general musical analysis.
