Freedom is experinced in public sphere. Nowadays social movements have started changing form, becoming more different and interesting. Therefore, they have been named creative social movements. Productions of social movements are being commemorated with some art forms, such as instellation and happening. As art has been a part of an industry and separated from the streets, this new development has revealed some suprising results. Art and artists coming together with new social movements, have created a change in spaces. On the other hand this meeting has resulted is the reconsideration of definition for the meeting venues. One of these naming studies is Heterotopia. Concept of Heterotopia has recently began to be identified and analyzed in different areas. This study aims to debate heterotopia, art and social movements in terms of public sphere.
